For breakfast I had a pack of nuts and a banana (225 calories). I had planned to have some cream of wheat after class for REAL breakfast, but I saw Pam for the first time in a month so that took precedence.

At Pam's house I played video games and had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies (2 tiny ones at 135 calories).

For lunch I went to a Japanese/Thai place with Pam and picked the healthiest thing I could... which, oddly enough, turned out to be tempura vegetables (102 calories, ONLY).

I did p90x for 50 minutes, which burned ~317 calories.

After I worked out I snacked on an orange (70 calories). And after that, I had a grilled chik'n (soy, not chicken) patty sandwich (240 calories).

And for dessert I had sugar free cherry jello (40 calories).

In total I ate only 812 calories~

Holy shit man. And I'm totally not hungry at all.

Now on to a goal update:

My next goal is to get to under 180lbs.

Starting this week I'm going to get back into the groove of things. I fell off the wagon, not just because I stopped having someone to cook for (which always fuels me), but financial issues. I could just barely afford to feed myself for almost 3 weeks, and I lacked a way to get to food when I did manage to scrape a few bucks together, which meant I had to eat pretty much whatever I could get my hands on.

Now I'm back to being able to afford to feed myself, and I've decided to start back up with the healthy eating. I'm going to try my best to keep up, I'm reducing my caloric intake, eating a little more often, and HOPEFULLY I'll be doing p90x at the same time. Also, I'm cutting out meat except for rare occasions (like if I go to a fave restaurant like Bikkuri) and I'm going back to my relatively sugar free diet. I really really really need to find a candy substitute that isn't a $3+ bar of dark chocolate. Maybe something I can make would be nice.

Anyway, for my first week of healthy eating, I spent about $25, which I think is pretty great. Here is my food list:

100 calorie packs of raw almonds (7 in a box for $2.50)
Brown rice (ready-rice since I can't make rice for shit)
Strawberry jam (the healthiest I could find)
Peanut butter (gluten free)
Frozen edamame
Grilled chik'n patties (soy, not.. chicken)
Frozen vegetables

At home I have gluten free bread (for sammiches), carrots and stuff to make split pea soup, and gluten free cream of wheat for breakfasting.

So tomorrow after class I'm going to start p90x, and I'll post about it as well as my food log.

I keep forgetting to do this~ Since the 28th I've still been eating generally healthy foods~ Mostly chicken teriyaki or grilled chicken subs from Subway. xD I had baked chicken a few days ago, with vegetables of course. I also had this pretty good grilled chicken panini from the Bleeker St. on campus yesterday. Maybe I'll drive down earlier tomorrow and pick up another one before they close. ♥

Yesterday (28th) I had two turkey sammiches and today (29th) I had leftover cubed steak I found in the fridge and peas/carrots/some strange vegetable. And I've just started the 30-day program on my EA Sports Active. ♥

Almost forgot about this. Yesterday I had some kind of chicken stuff with tons of carrots and peas mixed in. Today I had a delicious steak with some kind of vegetables idk.

Yeah so I know I haven't been keeping up with my posts, and lets be honest I let it happen because I didn't eat so well the past two days. 2 weeks in and it's already a common theme. :(

Friday for breakfast I had the pot sticker lean cuisine for breakfast (290 calories). For lunch I had cereal and almond milk (197 calories) and then here is where I sort of cheated, for dinner I had matzo ball soup and 1/2 of my potato pancake (510 calories). In the end I ate 997 calories, 545 calories under my limit.

Saturday is where I did horrible. I had about 3 servings of pigs in a blanket (870 calories), though throughout the day and not all at once.

Today I had cereal and almond milk for breakfast (197 calories), and then I went with Pam to Denny's for lunch. I had hot chocolate (though only one serving at 100 calories although I could have gotten free refills). I also had hearty whole wheat pancakes (310 calories), hashbrowns (210 calories) and 1/4th of an egg (92 calories). Right now I'm snacking on Edamame (120 calories) so my total is at 1029 calories, 500 under my limit. I might nom on something else if I get hungry a little later (like an orange or something) but no real meal.

Also, a little update, I lost 1-3lbs! I'm not really sure how much I lost, as Pam's scale fluctuates. The first time it said I lost 3lbs, then 1, then 1, and then 3 again, so in my iphone I listed 2lbs as my loss for this week. I totally hope it was 3. Anyway, so now I'm at anywhere from 213 to 211, still either 14-12 pounds away from my first goal. ♥

Next week, no more gluten! For real this time! Now that I have the bread I can make my own sandwiches and snacks. I'm srsly going to start following a few recipes from the gluten-free blog I heart. I hoping that if I can get into this lifestyle for real I will be able to lose all the weight I want and more. Wish me luck! =)
